A Leah Favorite- Full Body Pilates
Bodyweight full body pilates session- one of my favorite sequences to teach. We touch on quite a bit of core work here, giving a fair bit of love to the obliques especially. If you are hoping to touch a bit of everything, upper body, legs, glutes and core this video is for you. We have fun here with a lot of single leg work and cross body/ lateral movements. This is a very grounding class, we do not leave the mat for more than a few minutes to stand.
